Initially, as soon as I open the box, I see a fake construction faucet, very lightweight and plain plastic. I connect it and notice that the neck of the faucet is moving because it had loose screws and couldn't be tightened. I didn't pay much attention to it because there was no leakage. It was supposed to have both cold and hot water. I turned it to cold, it took a while but the water did get cold, but only once. There was no second time. However, the hot water worked fine and after 7 months of durability and good functioning, it started constantly throwing off the left cap. I tighten it again, but it's the same, so I throw it away and get another one, unfortunately

From the beginning that this product was purchased, it had a small leak, a drop, from the left side where the heating resistance is located, which personally did not bother me because at least initially the faucet did its job.
Exactly two months later, the left cap broke where the resistance is located internally, while it was in operation, resulting in all the water pouring out.
The idea of ​​this specific faucet is very good, as an idea, but the materials used are plastic, resulting in not being able to withstand the pressures over time.
As for its function, since it is not a mixer, you have the ability to have hot water in seconds indeed, but with low pressure, and this is because as the pressure increases, the temperature drops, something very logical in order to be able to use it without getting burned because it does reach 60 degrees with low pressure, satisfactory for washing dishes even during this period when the water is frozen.
Finally, I would expect the company that imports it, through its representatives, to be a little more careful in the initial communication responses it gives to its customers.
