    I recently bought this product and in the first phase, I have to say that it is an okay kettle. It boils quite quickly and the blue light is nice. The design is modern, but I found it a bit bulky for a 1.7-liter capacity. Also, the glass jug, if you notice, is made of a plexiglass-like material, which disappointed me a bit. However, considering the amount of money I paid, I think it's fine. Now, it remains to be seen how long it will last.

    In the end, it lasted about 2.5 years. I bought a much better quality one with a longer warranty from a different brand

To avoid (often) limescale, I use water from a filtered pitcher. It boils water quickly. It doesn't smell like plastic from the lid or the special filter it has at the spout. Added bonus: the blue strip with the LEDs at the bottom, a nice touch! So for its price, it's super!
    P.S. - The kettle (simple almost daily use for water) lasted from February '19 to October 2024, 4 years and 8 months. Its electric system gave out.
