Very often I prefer it over a brandy or a whiskey. Many people don't like it but I love it. Memories from our childhood!

  • Favorite blackcurrant, full-bodied, sweet, aromatic. The only thing I have to say as a negative is that some batches don't have exactly the same taste, there might be a slight inconsistency in the aftertaste

This review is about the bottle: 750 ml

I don't like alcohol, nothing at all. Only the drinks that you can't taste the alcohol in, like vodka that you mix, and various sweet cocktails. I drink the others just to get drunk, though I always remember in church how much I liked that "thing" that the priest drank, I never knew what it was, and for some reason I never asked. As soon as I drank Mavrodafni, I understood, nostalgia hit me, it's the only wine that I drink for myself

This review is about the bottle: 750 ml

It is a classic sweet wine, very good aroma in the mouth, a little strong due to its 15% alcohol, but the sweetness comes and balances it out!! Very good, worth a try!!
