It features a metal "Perfect Crema" filter holder for extracting coffee with rich crema and all its aromas. The system, integrated into the double-walled filter holder, performs mechanical pre-infusion in every cup. This function lasts just a few seconds and is what awakens all the characteristics of the coffee before extraction, preparing it for the perfectly balanced extraction. Through this process, the coffee "blooms" and releases all its flavors and aromas that you will find in your cup.
