    When it was in the plastic packaging, yes, it did burn out every 5-6 months, but as daytime lights, they were very white.
    UNFORTUNATELY, THEY MELTED THE HEADLIGHT FROM THE INSIDE.
    Now, in the new packaging which is cardboard and with both sets I tried... they are BLUE! Nothing to do with 4500kelvin

    These specific bulbs have nothing to do with the 4500K stated on the packaging. They are simply painted with a blue color, which of course does not affect the color they emit. It still remains yellow like a typical halogen. It's just that the lighting is weaker.
