The design is awesome. It is small and functional. It makes minimal noise. I use not only Nespresso capsules but also Lor. I am very satisfied with the purchase!!! With Nespresso capsules, it makes the ultimate coffee, no kidding (I am also picky about coffee), but it is also very good with Lor! For the money I bought it for 73 euros plus 30 capsules as a gift, it is value for money. It is easy to clean. In the 1 year that I have it, I have almost done a descaling once so that it works perfectly, because we drink a lot of coffee as a family. So it's logical. Compared to my old Izzy Barista machine that left me after 4 years of use (it took ground espresso), it is clearly a very good choice! Με τις καψουλες nespresso φτιαχνει τον απολυτο καφε ν λεμε κ αληθειες (ειμαι κ περιεργη στον καφε) αλλα κ με lor ειναι πολυ καλος! Για τα χρηματα π την πηρα 73 ευρω συν 30 καψουλες δωρο ειναι value for money. Πλενεται ευκολα. Στον 1 χρονο π την εχω σχεδον της εκανα μια φορα αφαλατωση για ν λειτουργει κομπλε, διοτι πινουμε πολυ καφε οικογενειακως. Οποτε ειναι λογικο. Σε σχεση με την παλια μου μηχανη izzy barista που με αφησε μετα απο 4 χρονια χρησης ( επαιρνε αλεσμενο εσπρεσσο) ειναι σαφως πολυ καλη επιλογη! Με το πατημα ενος κουμπιου εχεις τον καφε σου ετοιμο, ουτε ν ασχολεισαι με το σωστο κοψιμο του καφε για το αλεσμα, ουτε ποση πιεση θ βαλεις, γενικα απλοποιησε πολυ την καθημερινοτητα μας. Σιγουρα τη συστηνω!!!!

I had this specific machine for two years and a few days. In these two years, I was quite satisfied with the quality of the coffee I was drinking, however, I would not trust a product that broke a few days after the warranty expired while following the recommended maintenance from the company.
A few days after the warranty ended (2 years), I performed the descaling process with the liquid from the Nespresso company itself (following their instructions on their website). The very next day when I tried to make coffee, the machine stopped "pulling" water and therefore making coffee, even though all the indicator lights were showing that they were functioning and the container was properly fitted.
I spoke on the phone with Nespresso and after trying all the possible solutions to the problem with customer service, they informed me that the problem might be solved by sending it to the corresponding technician at a cost of 69 euros! (at the time of writing this comment, the cheapest one offered by skroutz is 75 euros)
I consider it unacceptable for a device to break days after the warranty with such a prohibitive repair cost for the customer

Είχα την συγκεκριμένη μηχανή δύο χρόνια και μερικές μέρες. Στα δυο αυτά χρόνια ήμουν αρκετά ευχαριστημένος με την ποιότητα του καφέ που έπινα, ωστόσο δεν θα εμπιστευόμουν ξανά ένα προϊόν που χάλασε ΜΕΡΙΚΕΣ ΜΕΡΕΣ μετά την λήξη της εγγύησης ενώ ακολουθούσα την προτεινόμενη συντήρηση της από την εταιρεία.
Λίγες μέρες μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εγγύησης (2 χρόνια), λοιπόν, πραγματοποίησα την διαδικασία της αφαλάτωσης με το υγρό της ίδιας της εταιρείας Nespreso (ακολουθώντας κατά γράμμα τις οδηγίες από την ιστοσελίδα τους). Την επόμενη κιόλας μέρα όπου επιχείρησα να κάνω καφέ η μηχανή σταμάτησε να "τραβάει" νερό και επομένως να κάνει καφέ, παρόλο που όλες οι φωτεινές ενδείξεις έδειχναν να λειτουργούν και το δοχείο να εφαρμόζει σωστά.
Μίλησα τηλεφωνικά με την Nespresso και αφού δοκιμάσαμε με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών όλα τις πιθανές λύσεις του προβλήματος, με ενημέρωσαν ότι το πρόβλημα μπορεί ίσως να επιλυθεί με αποστολή στον αντίστοιχο τεχνικό με κόστος 69 ευρώ! (την στιγμή που γράφω το σχόλιο η πιο φθηνή που προσφέρει το skroutz είναι στα 75 ευρώ)
Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να χαλάει μια συσκευή μέρες μετά την εγγύηση με τέτοιο απαγορευτικό κόστος επισκευής για τον πελάτη

I am very satisfied and we have it in red and in black as well, the red one for two years and the black one for one year without any issues. If someone wants a small and simple coffee machine for capsules (it is also compatible with others besides Nespresso) it is perfect, fast, does not make much noise, and does not take up space! On the negative side, the bin fills up quite quickly with the used capsules, but that is understandable because of its size.
Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη και την έχουμε και σε κόκκινη και σε μαύρη, την κόκκινη δύο χρόνια και την μαύρη έναν χρόνο χωρίς θέματα. Αν θέλει κάποιος μια μικρή και απλή καφετιέρα για κάψουλες (είναι συμβατή και με άλλες εκτός nespresso) είναι τέλεια, γρήγορη, δεν κάνει πολύ θόρυβο, και δεν πιάνει χώρο! Στα αρνητικά, γεμίζει αρκετά γρήγορα ο κάδος με τις χρησιμοποιημένες κάψουλες, αλλά είναι λογικό λόγω του μεγέθους της.

No, I'm okay, just a few things about the machine now. Good little tool, I use Dimello capsules, no problem with compatibility and the coffee always comes out the same. The noise is also normal. It needs a bit of attention and daily maintenance. After you make your coffee, run an extraction without a capsule to flush out the coffee residue so that next time you make coffee it doesn't have a burnt taste. It's good to empty the container with the used capsules and rinse the parts with a little water daily. The spout should always be dry and finally, change the water every 2 days.

Οχι ενταξει καλα ειμαι, λιγα πραγματα για την μηχανη τωρα. Καλο εργαλειακι, Χρησιμοποιω Dimello καψουλες, κανενα προβλημα με την συμβατοτητα και ο καφες βγαινει παντα ο ιδιος. Ο θορυβος επισης ειναι νορμαλ. Θελει λιγη προσοχη και καθημερινη συντηρηση. Αφου φτιαξετε τον καφε σας, καντε εκχυλιση χωρις καψουλα για να βγει το κατακαθι του καφε ωστε την επομενη φορα που φτιαχνετε να μην εχει καμμενη γευση. Καλο ειναι να αδειαζουμε το δοχειο με τις χρησιμοποιημενες καψουλες και να ξεπλενουμε με λιγο νερο τα εξαρτηματα του καθημερινως. Το στομιο πρεπει να ειναι παντα στεγνο και τελος, αλλαγη νερου καθε 2 μερες.
After many years of using Dolce Gusto, I switched to see the difference. It definitely has cheaper capsules. Also, due to their construction, the capsules are biodegradable and therefore recyclable. The devices are slightly cheaper than Dolce Gusto, especially if you catch them on offer.
The problem I had with Dolce Gusto was that the cartridge in front would get clogged. With this one, so far, I haven't had that issue. About a year of use.
I will wait for the next period and will come back with an update.
Μετά από πολλά χρόνια χρήσης της Dolce Gusto, άλλαξα για να δω διαφορά. Έχει σίγουρα φθηνότερες κάψουλες. Επίσης λόγω κατασκευής, οι κάψουλες είναι βιοδιασπώμενες άρα ανακυκλώσιμες. Είναι ελαφρώς πιο φθηνές συσκευές από τη Dolce Gusto, ειδικά αν την πετύχεις σε προσφορά.
Το πρόβλημα που είχα με την Dolce Gusto είναι πως βούλωνε το φυσίγγιο μπροστά. Με αυτήν, μέχρι στιγμής, δεν το έχω. Ένας χρόνος χρήσης περίπου.

Ήρθε σε μία μέρα, η συσκευασία μοναδική ( best unboxing ever). Δυστυχώς όμως έτρεχε πολυ και εξωτερικά και στο εσωτερικό. Το έστειλα πίσω, Σε 20 μέρες ακριβώς είχε γίνει έλεγχος και αντικατάσταση. Θερμά συγχαρητήρια σε όσους συνεργάστηκαν και κυρίως στην εταιρεία Σκρουτζ για τον επαγγελματισμο της! Σας ευχαριστώ κι εύχομαι να μην σας ενοχλήσω ξανά και να την χαρώ για χρόνια!!!

Στη συγκεκριμένη μηχανή βγάζει σχεδόν καφέ όπως τον παίρνεις από έξω..
Έχω δοκιμάσει τα πάντα από κάψουλες.. μου άρεσαν πολύ οι kimbo βγάζουν πολύ ωραίο καφέ..

However, after some time of use, the coffee started to come out with a bitter taste, which definitely wasn’t there at the beginning. I also tried the descaling kit, but the problem remained. As for customer service, my experience was average. At first, they made things quite difficult for me, as it wasn’t clear whether they could help due to the involvement of another company in the machine (Delonghi). Nevertheless, after persistence on my part, they agreed to take it in for inspection. Eventually, they proceeded with the repair and provided me with another machine temporarily until mine was returned.
Overall, although it has positive aspects, the issue with the bitter taste and the initial difficulty with customer service leave a somewhat mixed impression.

Ωστόσο, μετά από κάποιο διάστημα χρήσης, ο καφές άρχισε να βγαίνει με μια πικρή γεύση, η οποία σίγουρα δεν υπήρχε στην αρχή. Δοκίμασα και το κιτ αφαλάτωσης, αλλά το πρόβλημα παρέμεινε. Να σημειωθεί ότι φροντίζω τη μηχανή τακτικά, αφού τουλάχιστον δύο φορές την εβδομάδα καθαρίζω τα αποσπώμενα εξαρτήματα.
Όσον αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, η εμπειρία μου ήταν μέτρια. Στην αρχή με δυσκόλεψαν αρκετά, καθώς δεν ήταν ξεκάθαρο αν μπορούσαν να βοηθήσουν λόγω της εμπλοκής και άλλης εταιρείας στη μηχανή(delonghi). Παρ’ όλα αυτά, μετά από επιμονή από την πλευρά μου, δέχτηκαν να την παραλάβουν για έλεγχο. Τελικά, προχώρησαν σε επισκευή και μου παρείχαν προσωρινά άλλη μηχανή μέχρι να επιστραφεί η δική μου.
Συνολικά, παρότι έχει θετικά στοιχεία, το θέμα με την πικρή γεύση και η αρχική δυσκολία στην εξυπηρέτηση αφήνουν μια κάπως ανάμεικτη εντύπωση.

Το στείλανε ελαττωματικό και πρέπει και να περιμένω 10 εργάσιμες για να δούνε αν θα επισκευαστεί η να μου στείλουν καινούριο .με το που παρέλαβα και είδα ότι ήταν ελαττωματικό την ίδια μέρα την ίδια στιγμή τους έστειλα!

Είχα την συγκεκριμένη μηχανή δύο χρόνια και μερικές μέρες. Στα δυο αυτά χρόνια ήμουν αρκετά ευχαριστημένος με την ποιότητα του καφέ που έπινα, ωστόσο δεν θα εμπιστευόμουν ξανά ένα προϊόν που χάλασε ΜΕΡΙΚΕΣ ΜΕΡΕΣ μετά την λήξη της εγγύησης ενώ ακολουθούσα την προτεινόμενη συντήρηση της από την εταιρεία.
Λίγες μέρες μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εγγύησης (2 χρόνια), λοιπόν, πραγματοποίησα την διαδικασία της αφαλάτωσης με το υγρό της ίδιας της εταιρείας Nespreso (ακολουθώντας κατά γράμμα τις οδηγίες από την ιστοσελίδα τους). Την επόμενη κιόλας μέρα όπου επιχείρησα να κάνω καφέ η μηχανή σταμάτησε να "τραβάει" νερό και επομένως να κάνει καφέ, παρόλο που όλες οι φωτεινές ενδείξεις έδειχναν να λειτουργούν και το δοχείο να εφαρμόζει σωστά.
Μίλησα τηλεφωνικά με την Nespresso και αφού δοκιμάσαμε με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών όλα τις πιθανές λύσεις του προβλήματος, με ενημέρωσαν ότι το πρόβλημα μπορεί ίσως να επιλυθεί με αποστολή στον αντίστοιχο τεχνικό με κόστος 69 ευρώ! (την στιγμή που γράφω το σχόλιο η πιο φθηνή που προσφέρει το skroutz είναι στα 75 ευρώ)
Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να χαλάει μια συσκευή μέρες μετά την εγγύηση με τέτοιο απαγορευτικό κόστος επισκευής για τον πελάτη

I am very satisfied and we have it in red and in black as well, the red one for two years and the black one for one year without any issues. If someone wants a small and simple coffee machine for capsules (it is also compatible with others besides Nespresso) it is perfect, fast, does not make much noise, and does not take up space! On the negative side, the bin fills up quite quickly with the used capsules, but that is understandable because of its size.
Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη και την έχουμε και σε κόκκινη και σε μαύρη, την κόκκινη δύο χρόνια και την μαύρη έναν χρόνο χωρίς θέματα. Αν θέλει κάποιος μια μικρή και απλή καφετιέρα για κάψουλες (είναι συμβατή και με άλλες εκτός nespresso) είναι τέλεια, γρήγορη, δεν κάνει πολύ θόρυβο, και δεν πιάνει χώρο! I like that it is small and accepts capsules other than Nespresso. I have it at my vacation home and I can get capsules from the local supermarket.

No, I'm okay, just a few things about the machine now. Good little tool, I use Dimello capsules, no problem with compatibility and the coffee always comes out the same. The noise is also normal. It needs a bit of attention and daily maintenance. After you make your coffee, run an extraction without a capsule to flush out the coffee residue so that next time you make coffee it doesn't have a burnt taste. It's good to empty the container with the used capsules and rinse the parts with a little water daily. The spout should always be dry and finally, change the water every 2 days.

Οχι ενταξει καλα ειμαι, λιγα πραγματα για την μηχανη τωρα. Καλο εργαλειακι, Χρησιμοποιω Dimello καψουλες, κανενα προβλημα με την συμβατοτητα και ο καφες βγαινει παντα ο ιδιος. Ο θορυβος επισης ειναι νορμαλ. Θελει λιγη προσοχη και καθημερινη συντηρηση. Αφου φτιαξετε τον καφε σας, καντε εκχυλιση χωρις καψουλα για να βγει το κατακαθι του καφε ωστε την επομενη φορα που φτιαχνετε να μην εχει καμμενη γευση. Καλο ειναι να αδειαζουμε το δοχειο με τις χρησιμοποιημενες καψουλες και να ξεπλενουμε με λιγο νερο τα εξαρτηματα του καθημερινως. Το στομιο πρεπει να ειναι παντα στεγνο και τελος, αλλαγη νερου καθε 2 μερες.
After many years of using Dolce Gusto, I switched to see the difference. It definitely has cheaper capsules. Also, due to their construction, the capsules are biodegradable and therefore recyclable. The devices are slightly cheaper than Dolce Gusto, especially if you catch them on offer.
The problem I had with Dolce Gusto was that the cartridge in front would get clogged. With this one, so far, I haven't had that issue. About a year of use.
I will wait for the next period and will come back with an update.
Μετά από πολλά χρόνια χρήσης της Dolce Gusto, άλλαξα για να δω διαφορά. Έχει σίγουρα φθηνότερες κάψουλες. Επίσης λόγω κατασκευής, οι κάψουλες είναι βιοδιασπώμενες άρα ανακυκλώσιμες. Είναι ελαφρώς πιο φθηνές συσκευές από τη Dolce Gusto, ειδικά αν την πετύχεις σε προσφορά.
Το πρόβλημα που είχα με την Dolce Gusto είναι πως βούλωνε το φυσίγγιο μπροστά. Με αυτήν, μέχρι στιγμής, δεν το έχω. Ένας χρόνος χρήσης περίπου.

It arrived in one day, the packaging was unique (best unboxing ever). Unfortunately, however, it was leaking a lot both externally and internally. Ήρθε σε μία μέρα, η συσκευασία μοναδική ( best unboxing ever). Δυστυχώς όμως έτρεχε πολυ και εξωτερικά και στο εσωτερικό. Το έστειλα πίσω, Σε 20 μέρες ακριβώς είχε γίνει έλεγχος και αντικατάσταση. Θερμά συγχαρητήρια σε όσους συνεργάστηκαν και κυρίως στην εταιρεία Σκρουτζ για τον επαγγελματισμο της! Σας ευχαριστώ κι εύχομαι να μην σας ενοχλήσω ξανά και να την χαρώ για χρόνια!!!
I have had it for over three years. I left it unused for a while but now I cleaned it and started using it again. Some people say the capsules are expensive... it is definitely much more cost-effective than coffee from outside...
I have used another expensive machine and a good espresso pot in the past, but I didn't like the coffee they made at all...
With this particular machine, it makes coffee almost like the one you get from outside...

Έχω χρησιμοποιήσει στο παρελθόν και άλλη ακριβή μηχανή και μπρίκι εσπρέσσο καλό ωστόσο ο καφές που έβγαζαν δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου..
Στη συγκεκριμένη μηχανή βγάζει σχεδόν καφέ όπως τον παίρνεις από έξω..
Έχω δοκιμάσει τα πάντα από κάψουλες.. μου άρεσαν πολύ οι kimbo βγάζουν πολύ ωραίο καφέ..

However, after some time of use, the coffee started to come out with a bitter taste, which definitely wasn’t there at the beginning. I also tried the descaling kit, but the problem remained. As for customer service, my experience was average. At first, they made things quite difficult for me, as it wasn’t clear whether they could help due to the involvement of another company in the machine (Delonghi). Nevertheless, after persistence on my part, they agreed to take it in for inspection. Eventually, they proceeded with the repair and provided me with another machine temporarily until mine was returned.
Overall, although it has positive aspects, the issue with the bitter taste and the initial difficulty with customer service leave a somewhat mixed impression.
Την έχω περίπου έναν χρόνο και, σε γενικές γραμμές, πρόκειται για μια καλή καφετιέρα, ειδικά όταν βρεις τις κάψουλες και τους συνδυασμούς που σου ταιριάζουν.
Ωστόσο, μετά από κάποιο διάστημα χρήσης, ο καφές άρχισε να βγαίνει με μια πικρή γεύση, η οποία σίγουρα δεν υπήρχε στην αρχή. Δοκίμασα και το κιτ αφαλάτωσης, αλλά το πρόβλημα παρέμεινε. Να σημειωθεί ότι φροντίζω τη μηχανή τακτικά, αφού τουλάχιστον δύο φορές την εβδομάδα καθαρίζω τα αποσπώμενα εξαρτήματα.
Όσον αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, η εμπειρία μου ήταν μέτρια. Στην αρχή με δυσκόλεψαν αρκετά, καθώς δεν ήταν ξεκάθαρο αν μπορούσαν να βοηθήσουν λόγω της εμπλοκής και άλλης εταιρείας στη μηχανή(delonghi). Παρ’ όλα αυτά, μετά από επιμονή από την πλευρά μου, δέχτηκαν να την παραλάβουν για έλεγχο. Τελικά, προχώρησαν σε επισκευή και μου παρείχαν προσωρινά άλλη μηχανή μέχρι να επιστραφεί η δική μου.
Συνολικά, παρότι έχει θετικά στοιχεία, το θέμα με την πικρή γεύση και η αρχική δυσκολία στην εξυπηρέτηση αφήνουν μια κάπως ανάμεικτη εντύπωση.

They sent it defective and I also have to wait 10 working days to see if it will be repaired or if they will send me a new one. As soon as I received it and saw that it was defective, I contacted them the same day, at the same moment!
Το στείλανε ελαττωματικό και πρέπει και να περιμένω 10 εργάσιμες για να δούνε αν θα επισκευαστεί η να μου στείλουν καινούριο .με το που παρέλαβα και είδα ότι ήταν ελαττωματικό την ίδια μέρα την ίδια στιγμή τους έστειλα!
