Καλησπέρα. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω τις κυρίες που το έχουν πάρει και είναι στην εμμηνόπαυση αν τους έχει βοηθήσει πραγματικά στην μείωση τω συμπτωμάτων. Περνάω δύσκολη εμμηνόπαυση και δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να πάρω ορμόνες (αν και όσο τις έπερνα με βοήθησαν άμεσα). Ευχαριστώ.
