The Sandrone family has been cultivating in the heart of Barolo since the early '70s. Back then, it was also known as "Le garagiste" since the winemaking genius of Luciano Sandrone started creating in his garage, while the first source of Nebbiolo he chose was Cannubi Boschis from the hill that was universally accepted as the cradle of Barolo.
If Nebbiolo is the king of Piemonte, Barbera is the queen, living symbiotically with it and thriving in its own territories.
The winery knows the grape well and creates a Barbera d'Alba, bottling the untamed energy of the variety intact.
