    The first grill did not work properly. After a conversation with the store owner, it was immediately replaced without any charge. The second one they sent me worked three times and had a similar problem to the first one. After using it for 20-25 minutes for warming up and grilling, the heating element stopped working. I believe the problem lies in the poor connection between the heating element and the plug from where it gets power. I can't be sure, but I continued to grill with one hand holding the plug steadily to make the heating element work and manage to cook the meat for my hungry children. I have sent another message to the store where I bought it and I am waiting for their response. The service from the store where I bought it was professional, but the product seems to be poorly made. While it appears to be a quality device, it is not really so.
