Since my grandmother consumes it, I am not an expert on taste, but she drinks it relatively pleasantly.

I have tried many brands of effervescent electrolyte tablets. When I tried this one, it seemed thicker than others and it bothered my stomach, causing a feeling of nausea. Maybe it's because of the dextrose.

It contains sugar (dextrose). I prefer Eplen Almora Plus Sport which doesn't have it, for health and taste reasons.

I have been using them for years. Among the best electrolytes for intense exercise. The taste starts to deteriorate with more than 500ml of water.

They do a good job, have a nice taste, and you can easily drink them like a beverage! Personally, even if I get cramps, these electrolytes cover me immediately and the pain stops right away along with the cramps. I am so satisfied that I wouldn't try others to see if they work better. They hydrate and energize, like when you drink strong coffee and it wakes you up. Greek product, so they have another advantage, 5 out of 5 stars easily from me.

Amazing taste, it is easily drinkable and you can feel later the work it does... as for the hydration of the body.

Good product. With the bike and exercise, I don't get tired as quickly as before. The only thing that bothers me is that it leaves a strange taste at the end that makes me want water afterwards. So I always drink a little water afterwards

I have been using it for a few months mainly for training, but also on days when I am very tired and I am very satisfied!!! The taste is excellent!!!

Very good electrolyte with a nice taste! I put 1 tablet in 750ml of water and it's perfect. In less water, personally, it feels heavy to me.. And additionally, it's GREEK !!!

For sports, it works great. If it could fit in a small bottle of bottled water, it would be even better!
