If there was a 0, I would give it! It is unacceptable for TEFAL to release defective products on the market. From the first use I had an issue, it would turn off by itself, I took it to the service under warranty, they told me there was nothing wrong, just to clean the limescale after every use. After three months the lights started flashing and it stopped working; circuit board... is this what we'll be doing, service - home - service! THE ULTIMATE DISAPPOINTMENT, UNRELIABILITY TO THE MAX, AND OF COURSE ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE MODELS ON THE MARKET... STAY AWAY FROM TEFAL

Unfortunately, a very expensive product that turned out to be unreliable. After 3.5 years of use, with 1 hour of ironing per week, it stops working. It is repaired by replacing the old tablet, repair cost 70 euros, and it breaks down again on its first use.

Defective model. As I learned, the whole batch has numerous defects and the importing company shows no willingness to find a solution despite the general problem with this particular model. Shortly after the warranty expired, the circuit board burned out. Useless, stay away.

A little while before the warranty expired, the motherboard broke. The lights were flashing and it wasn't functioning. I took it to the service center and they gave me a replacement. Without extending the warranty period. Unfortunately for me, the new one has the same problem. It seems that the model is faulty.

I have had it for at least 2.5 years. Its plate is intact, nothing has stuck to it. Its cover is very convenient. The salt cleaning system is very user-friendly.

It is not worth even 100 euros for someone to spend on this particular model. Having had an older model from the same company in my possession for many years, I was very satisfied. So when the time came to replace it, I blindly went for one of the latest models. Big mistake, as it turned out... One month after the warranty expired (2 years), I was left without an iron. Initially, I took it for repair, the circuit board was burnt. I paid 70 euros, ironed 2-3 times, and the iron stopped working. I took it again for repair, they changed the circuit board again without charging me. I start ironing and after half an hour, all the lights start flashing again and it stops working. Purchased from a large chain of electrical goods, I had paid 420 euros for it in November 2020, and at the moment I am without an iron for 2 months.

I had the previous model of Tefal and honestly, for 12 years it didn't have a single problem. At some point, the cable had simply worn out, so I decided it was time to replace it with a newer one... of course, Tefal, I didn't look at anything else... I was sure about the company's reliability. For two years, the iron was excellent. The ironing plate is perfect, it irons clothes flawlessly, and it is incredibly lightweight. BUT, after two years... it's over. All the lights would turn on and it would turn off by itself. I took it to a technician, it worked fine for a week and then the same thing happened again. Now it's back at the technician's, but we have already bought another one (not Tefal again). I feel like I wasted my money. Too expensive for a two-year lifespan. I do not recommend buying it.

Really wasted money. After 10 minutes of operation, it stops producing steam and the red light for salts (which takes a long time to open) turns on after half an hour of use. When I took it for repair at an authorized service center, they told me it was fine, but the problems continue. So I had to buy another iron.

When it was working, it was very good! After 2 years and 1 month, the water light turned on even though it was full. I cleaned it thinking it might have salt, but nothing. I sent it to the dealership and they changed the circuit board for 80€. They sent it back to me and I ironed one piece of clothing, and again the same issue. Since June, I have been without an iron as it keeps going back and forth to the service. It's a shame for such a company to produce faulty products! I wasted 350€

In exactly 2 years, it burned the motherboard and they asked us for 140 euros to repair it! Overall, it constantly gave us trouble and they told us that this series is defective!

It produces a lot of steam and makes ironing a breeze. The best I have ever used. It was worth every penny I spent, down to the last euro.

Stay away, kids, stay away! Not even for fun! I have exactly the same! I haven't even used it for a year, I have had it in service since November and they have returned it to me 3 times unrepaired! And from what I read in various reviews, I am not the only one they do this to! We paid so much money for a supposedly reliable iron from a reliable company, but it is anything but reliable!

Four stars only for its price... It produces a lot of steam, great iron plate. I recommend it to anyone who knows and anyone who doesn't. Automatic descaling, quick heating, and easy storage with the cover. Lightweight and combined with a good iron, it makes the job easy and high-quality. Made in France. Of course, the instructions require a little attention as they are all in pictures... I only recommend the device on sale

Although I don't have much experience with irons, I bought this one as the best in the market. So far, it hasn't disappointed me. It is lightweight and fast in ironing.
The only complaint is that even though it has space for the cables to go into its base, they are not particularly user-friendly. Unless I haven't figured out how to put them in. Although in my opinion, you shouldn't need to be an origami master to put them in the slots.

I bought it in July and from the first days it started flickering on its own and shutting down. I sent it to the service center, which didn't have any idea, so I had to send it to Athens. They sent it back to me and told me they didn't find anything wrong with it, but after I recorded a video, they told me to send it back again. They finally said it's a problem with the circuit board and that it will be repaired instead of replaced. If possible, I don't want the same iron anymore and they won't replace it. I used to have a good experience with Tefal...

It is really very good! It belongs to the premium ironing systems, made in France. It has specific instructions for use that if you don't read, you won't be able to operate it, no matter how much you know about such ironing systems, and I'm sure the same applies to the negative comments that exist. For example, before I read them, the light had come on to change the water, I changed it and didn't press OK. The iron was not working properly all day - it was making noise and stopping suddenly while ironing though.
When I realized it, I didn't have any issues since then!
Tefal is a quite reliable company.

In general, just good. What is excellent for me is that the steam to be in operation needs to constantly press the button, as long as you iron, and it is located exactly under the handle of the iron. This is a major disadvantage. The previous (simple) steam iron I had was much better. It did not have this issue. The steam came out without pressing anything. For the money it costs, the steam should come out automatically. There should be only some adjustment for the amount of steam. I don't know if all ironing systems are like this. Otherwise, I would not buy it.

Compared to the previous model from the same company a decade ago, it is much better. Of course, I chose a higher steam flow and pressure compared to the previous one. It needed descaling after 2 months of use, and because I moved houses, I don't know if it is more sensitive compared to the older model or if there is a difference in water hardness. It is possible that it doesn't produce as much pressure in normal mode after descaling because I now choose the Max Mode. To maintain its lifespan within the expected limits, I will use softened water, although the manufacturer recommends tap water. On the negative side, it does not come with a manual in the packaging and you have to find it on the Internet. On the positive side, the iron is very lightweight. The steam generator as a whole has the same weight as the older model.

Stay away guys.... After buying it a year ago, it worked 5-6 times and then broke down (no steam was coming out). Taking it to the service, they told us that the pump had broken and after waiting for a month for a replacement from abroad, it never worked with the first use.... Immediately we took it back to the service where they told us again that the pump was to blame, which had just been replaced by the way, and they repaired it. We used it again 2-3 times and (how strange?) in one use after releasing a little steam at the beginning, it never released again. The climax was that we had to argue with the store to take it back and of course we got another model.

No relation to what it promises, very little steam and I am almost furious with the product, almost addicted

We had a problem in the first quarter, they said it was the motherboard and the pump. They have had our device for 3 weeks now and still nothing. We want our money back!!

I am very satisfied with the iron, I like that it is lightweight and that I don't need to constantly add water because it has a large boiler. It makes the clothes perfectly straight... you pass the iron a couple of times and that's it. The cap is very convenient because it doesn't get dusty. The noise it makes is from the pump. Another advantage is that with the previous iron, some nylon clothes would burn... this one doesn't burn anything. Its plate looks like it has a transparent membrane on top. Very good. I only use demineralized water. It would be good if it automatically collected the cord that goes into the socket, like an older model of Tefal. It's a shame they didn't do that. Anyway, I am satisfied. If anything happens, I will come back with a new review.

It is a purchase that no housewife will regret!!! It is very lightweight and effortless in ironing, it heats up the water quickly, boils a lot of steam, in general, I iron twice as much clothes in half the time compared to the previous iron

It produces little steam, irregularly and with minimal pressure. It replaced a Philips with 5 bars, which produced much more steam and instantly. It is possible that it is faulty, as I saw it happen to another user. The local authorized technician of Tefal for Kalamata, after contacting Tefal headquarters (because he was not familiar with this specific model), claimed that the new model releases steam with less pressure and quantity compared to previous Tefal models, due to a less powerful compressor if I remember correctly, and that there will be a special update for the technicians regarding the new models. These claims, of course, contradict the advertised technical specifications of this particular model. So either Tefal is misleading about the capabilities of the new steam iron, or even worse, it avoids repairing the faulty parts. I would not recommend it.

It is very lightweight and does not tire your hand. It glides on all fabrics and has a lot of steam, so much that you can't see. Where I used to spend hours ironing two baskets of clothes with a regular iron, now I'm ready in 30 minutes. Now I no longer dislike ironing. The only negative thing I didn't like is that it is quite heavy when you want to move it, but otherwise it is worth its money!

It broke down just one week after use. We took it to the service ourselves, but it still doesn't work properly. It stops producing steam. It's brand new and has so many problems...
