THYME HONEY FOREST BIO 450gr

Thyme honey is perhaps the finest honey of Greek nature, the most aromatic, and is believed to have tonic and antiseptic properties. It is recommended for the prevention and treatment of infectious, digestive, and respiratory diseases.

It is rich in minerals such as copper and iron, and also contains boron. It blooms from mid-May to early summer.

It has a bright yellow-orange color with reddish hues and crystallizes within 6 to 12 months.
