The capsules are a bit large. The daily use of supplements should always have a short and specific duration, otherwise it can cause various harms... consult your doctor.

When I was taking Mollers' Total plus, I could immediately feel how much more energy I had without taking anything else. Maybe because it had other ingredients in it. I don't feel that this one has the same effectiveness. Maybe I'll increase the dose.

Just be careful, the pills are huge, I have no problem swallowing them with water but some people struggle even with smaller pills, this one is a giant.
