Instructions for Use

Apply to the face, eyes, and lips with a soaked cotton pad.

Repeat until the cotton pad is clean.

No rinsing required.

    Very nice, gentle cleansing water. It doesn't remove heavy makeup, but if I only wear sunscreen or bb cream and a few things after washing, it cleans my face perfectly and leaves it clean, hydrated, and dry! I use it morning and night after washing.
