Zarbis Camoil Johnz verbena herbal tea contains verbena (Verbena officinalis) in 10 sachets. It is traditionally used as a diuretic and to promote sweating, and is associated with reducing fluid retention and relieving cold symptoms and digestive disorders.

It is also traditionally used to relieve headaches and earaches as a compress. To use as a poultice, soak a clean cloth and place it on the irritated area. It is recommended to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach or 3 hours after a meal.
