Ναι και θα εκπλαγείτε με τα αποτελέσματα.
Μέχρι και σε φούρνο ξυλόσομπας που ψήνει ανομοιόμορφα και υπό αντίξοες συνθήκες, έχω ψήσει πολύ δύσκολα ψωμιά, αφράτα, με μόνο προζύμι, χωρίς ίχνος ξηρής μαγιάς.
Να πάρετε καλά γάντια ωστόσο και μακρυά από παιδιά.
