I took it to a service center, diagnosis: 'the head crashed', if I want a replacement under warranty (2 years). I also went to daterecall, diagnosis: extremely difficult to recover. Internally it has mostly Western Digital components. Unfortunately, though, it also has a head of rare technology. If we're lucky and a spare part is found it will cost >>300€!!! from abroad and if it manages to fit and if and if.... As for the content, that hurts everyone differently, depending on what they're losing! Basically, it's a non-commercial model, or an anti-commercial model, they know it and that's why the price is so low!

I bought it 8 months ago. From the moment I connected it to my computer, it caused me a problem. Every time I started my computer, I had to check if it was turned off. If it was turned on, it wouldn't start. It didn't even enter the BIOS. Finally, I opened the case knowing that I would lose the warranty. The disk inside is western digital. I connected it directly to the motherboard and the problem was solved. The case is probably the problem. So there is no reason for someone to buy this disk as an external one and pay extra money for a case that creates problems. Just buy a western digital 4TB directly and you're fine. Otherwise, the disk is fine.

Good and relatively fair for its price. The speed is quite satisfactory. I have another disk from the same company and I have been satisfied with its durability and performance. In case of any issue, I will try to update the review! But for now, an honest external disk.
