I have been using it for a week now. I always take it in the morning on an empty stomach and after 10-15 minutes I have breakfast. As for the taste, I don't like it; it's a bit sour, a bit bitter, kind of a strange taste, and the color is like off-white. After 3 days, I started to feel full of energy at work. (And my job is tough, outdoors, winter and summer.) I didn't have any side effects like cramps, agitation, frequent urination, etc. 1 teaspoon every morning and I'm just fine. If I see a difference after the 3 months I'm supposed to do (because of the vitamins, as a treatment for better results), I will definitely buy it again without hesitation.
