A knife with real value for money. It is great for home use, lightweight, comfortable with a thin blade. I also use it at work until I get a better one and I am quite satisfied there as well. Obviously, it doesn't stay as sharp as a more expensive and sturdy one would, but for its price, I have no complaints. It sharpens quite well with stones, although I am not an expert in sharpening.
Ένα μαχαίρι με πραγματικό VFM. Για το σπίτι είναι σούπερ, ελαφρύ, άνετο με λεπτή λάμα. Το χρησιμοποιώ και στη δουλειά μέχρι να πάρω ένα καλύτερο και είμαι αρκετά ικανοποιημένη και εκεί. Προφανώς δεν μένει όσο κοφτερό θα έμενε κάποιο ακριβότερο και στιβαροτερο, αλλά για τα λεφτά του δεν έχω παράπονο. Ακονίζεται αρκετά καλά με πέτρες αν και δεν είμαι ειδικός στο ακόνισμα.
