Opinions are divided: satisfied customers say it shreds documents effectively. However, several report sensor failures and premature shutdowns.
As long as it worked properly, it did a good job; it indeed destroys cards without much problem, the bin is large, and for home or small office use, you forget to empty it.... However, within the first few months, it had a problem with the sensor. A year later, it stopped working. Considering its cost, I would not recommend it.
Stay away! It broke after 3 uses! It has an issue with the sensor. All the forums I saw describe the same problem. Money wasted and cheaply made.
The buying experience was bad because I waited for a month instead of three days for the product and then they sent me an email saying it will be delayed even further. I called and canceled the order. I found it in less than 50 minutes with clickaway from K....
As a product, it is very good but it doesn't destroy paper packs in my wallet. Definitely get the oil from Pl.
Fellowes is the top brand in document shredders. This particular one can shred up to ten pages simultaneously, according to the manufacturer. I would advise not to feed it with more than 5 or 6 pages at a time. I say this simply because I like to take care of it in order to have it last. Also, for those who are unaware, Fellowes produces a special oil with which you lubricate the shredder's teeth after a certain period of use. I purchased it and I would recommend it since you are already spending money, spend a little more to buy the oil. It costs around 12-15 euros and it is 350 ml. I am completely satisfied with the shredder and I recommend it to you. For more information about its operation, you can watch videos on YouTube.
Very good document shredder.
