    Sturdy accessory, easily opens dough for pasta, lasagna, etc. I do not recommend it for dough for pies, it takes a lot of time.

    UPDATE: After a decade, it is like new. Because I saw a comment about rust, the instructions state that it should not be washed with water. And there is no reason to wash it with soap, a damp cloth is enough.

Όχι, ορθογώνιο γίνεται το ζυμάρι. Θα πρέπει να την ανοίξεις μετά με το χέρι. Αλλά νομίζω γενικά δύσκολο για πίτσα, το εξάρτημα δεν είναι μεγάλο για να φτιάξεις τέτοιο ενιαίο κομμάτι ζύμης.
