Description

White Tequila from 100% blue agave that is produced with a particularly slow process by the company partly owned by actor George Clooney. The agave is roasted 10 times and then undergoes a slow fermentation process, while it is bottled 2 months after distillation. The result is an elegant and pure expression of white tequila with notes of citrus and sweet agave and a smooth, lingering finish.

Tasting Characteristics

  • Nose: On the nose, it is quite fruity and sweet with cooked agave in the background. 
  • Taste: On the palate, a fatty mouthfeel introduces sweet fruits, soft citrus, vegetal agave, and soft spice with clean mineral notes. 
  • Finish: The finish is pleasant and easy with sweet fruits and soft spice fading slowly.
