They have a very strange shape. Every time I almost choke...yes, they work for the pain but the tablet is really wrong.

Those who have difficulty swallowing tablets should avoid this particular product. As someone who has never had this issue in the past, I struggle quite a bit to swallow them, as they are also quite large and tend to stick to the tongue.
