When you cock the pistol, the piston is compressed; when you fire, the gas expands and pushes the piston to propel the pellet.

    Very good for its price (around 50€).
    Sturdy, good quality heavy plastic, easy to handle, and it shoots the ball accurately up to 20 meters. After that, the ball drops a bit or can go left or right, but this also depends on the type of balls you use and the weight. At 25 meters, it hurts a lot and leaves a strong mark on bare skin and ink. It can even break into pieces and be upgraded if desired. The only thing that bothers me a little is that it doesn't have a quality safety feature, but it's not a problem, it does its job.
