Από ότι φαίνεται, ναι, μαγειρεύει και στον ατμό. Στο διαδικτυο μπορείς να βρεις μερικά βίντεο με τρόποι μαγειρέματος.
Στην θεωρία... χύτρα ειναι που να μαγειρεύει? Αν εννοείς σαν ατμομάγειρας, όχι.
