The Temple of Solomon, built over seven or according to some eight years, between 1012 BC - 955 BC, was the crowning achievement of the leader who tried to unify the two kingdoms of Israel and Judah into a single Nation-State.
The Temple replaced the 'Tabernacle of Testimony' that housed the 'Ark of the Covenant', the Religious Symbol of the People of Israel, containing the Text compiled by the inspired Moses by divine command.
The Babylonians destroyed the Temple in 586 BC, leading to the captivity of the people of Israel. It was rebuilt after the return from captivity during the reign of Zerubbabel in 535 BC. Both Temples were designed and constructed by the Dionysian Brotherhood, by Minoan Phoenicians and Greeks, as well as scientists and technicians of each era.
The second also involved Pythagoras, who was likewise 'captive' in Babylon.
The aim of the present book is to complement the previously highly valuable studies regarding the Temple of Solomon with the archaeological finds-exhibits of the Heraklion Museum and the historical elements arising from Minoan Crete, where European and World Culture was born.
