I preferred to buy the Medisana MTP Pro instead of the Medisana MTP (which I have already purchased for my parents), considering that it is worth spending a little more money for something that appears as an upgrade. Unfortunately, it has a very large cuff size (30-42cm while the classic one is 22-32cm), something that should be emphatically highlighted in the product description as it is not intended for the average user/patient (attention to the edit below - this only happens in a specific store while the representative informed me that it includes the regular cuff size).
Indeed, when I needed to use it for my wife two months after the purchase, unfortunately, it cannot take a measurement as either the cuff comes off (the scratch) due to the minimal contact surface, or it constantly shows an Error indication in the measurements. Only then did I search and realize that there is such a huge difference in cuff size in a product that simply differs with the Pro indication from the regular MTP (which includes the normal cuff size).
I recommend to prospective buyers to first confirm that this specific size fits them and then proceed with the purchase.
Edit 26/08/2019: After a relevant communication with the representative, I found out that they include the "regular" cuff 22-32cm in the packaging, while if they include the 30-42cm cuff, it has a sticker outside the box saying "large cuff" (besides, the enclosed user manual states a cuff size of 22-32 while it shows the 32-42 as an additional accessory). Unfortunately, only this specific store from which I purchased the product sells the large cuff without the relevant prominent labeling (either in the object description or outside the box as informed by the representative). I will contact this specific store and will come back to evaluate the product (for now, I have evaluated that I cannot express an opinion in all the provided fields).
Προτίμησα να αγοράσω το Medisana MTP Pro αντί του Medisana MTP (το οποίο έχω ήδη αγοράσει για τους γονείς μου), θεωρώντας ότι αξίζει να δώσω λίγα χρήματα παραπάνω για κάτι που εμφανίζεται ως αναβάθμιση. Δυστυχώς, έχει πολύ μεγάλο μέγεθος περιχειρίδας (30-42cm ενώ το κλασικό είναι 22-32cm), κάτι που θα έπρεπε να επισημαίνεται εμφατικά στην περιγραφή του προϊόντος καθώς δεν απευθύνεται στο μέσο χρήστη/ασθενή (προσοχή στο edit παρακάτω - αυτό τελικά συμβαίνει μόνο σε συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ενώ ή αντιπροσωπεία με ενημέρωσε πως τοποθετεί την κανοκού μεγέθους περιχειρίδα).
Πράγματι, όταν 2 μήνες μετά την αγορά χρειάστηκε να το χρησιμοποιήσω για τη σύζυγό μου, δυστυχώς δεν μπορεί να λάβει μέτρηση καθώς είτε η περιχειρίδα ξεκολάει (το σκρατς) λόγω της ελάχιστης επιφάνειας επαφής, είτε βγάζει συνεχώς ένδειξη Error στις μετρήσεις. Τότε μόνο έψαξα και διαπίστωσα ότι υπάρχει τόσο τεράστια διαφοροποίηση στο μέγεθος περιχειρίδας σε ένα προϊόν που απλώς διαφέρει με την ένδειξη Pro από το απλό MTP (που περιλαμβάνει κανονικό μέγεθος περιχειρίδας).
Συνιστώ στους υποψήφιους αγοραστές πρώτα να επιβεβαιώσουν ότι τους κάνει το συγκεκριμένο μέγεθος και μετά να προχωρήσουν στην αγορά του.
Edit 26/08/2019: Μετά από σχετική επικοινωνία με την αντιπροσωπεία διαπίστωσα ότι στις συσκευασίες ενσωματώνουν την "κανονική" περιχειρίδα 22-32cm, ενώ όταν τυχόν βάλουν περιχειρίδα 30-42cm έχουν αυτοκόλλητη ένδειξη "μεγάλη περιχειρίδα" έξω από το κουτί (άλλωστε και στις οδηγίες χρήσης που εσωκλείονται αναγράφει μανσέτα 22-32 ενώ εμφανίζει ως πρόσθετο αξεσουάρ την 32-42). Δυστυχώς μόνο το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα από το οποίο αγόρασα το προϊόν πουλά την μεγάλη περιχειρίδα δίχως την σχετική έντονη σήμανση (είτε στην περιγραφή του αντικειμένου είτε έξω από το κουτί όπως μου αναφέρθηκε από την αντιπροσωπεία). Θα επικοινωνήσω με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και θα επανέλθω στην αξιολόγηση του προϊόντος (προς το παρόν έχω αξιολογήσει ότι δεν μπορώ να εκφράσω άποψη σε όλα τα προσφερόμενα πεδία).
