The BiPAP ST ResMed Lumis 100 VPAP ST device is a non-invasive BiLevel ST respiratory device for non-dependent patients over 13 kg suffering from respiratory failure and requiring a backup respiratory rate. It operates with a pressure up to 25 cm H2O and an adjustable respiratory rate from 5-50 bpm.

Operating modes: CPAP, Spontaneous (S), Timed (T) & Spontaneous/Timed (ST), PAC.

IntelligentAir technologies for successful treatment:

  • iBR (Intelligent Backup Rate): Ensures the minimum number of breaths per minute in case of patient weakness.
  • Vsync: Manages leaks and maintains patient-device synchronization.
  • TiControl: Manages leaks by adjusting the inhalation time limits according to the patient's condition.
  • Trigger and cycle sensitivities: Controls the sensitivity for the start of inhalation and exhalation with 5 triggering and 5 cycling settings.
  • AirView: Wireless cloud connection for remote monitoring and device adjustment.
