I would recommend that they bring back the old product. This one causes irritation to my eyes. I will not buy it again. It's a pity because when a good product comes out, they change it and unfortunately it is not better but the opposite.

I will review the packaging with the white cap and not the one with the green cap...

I wasn't impressed, neither by the scent, nor the texture, nor the application... I felt it heavier on the skin, as if it clogs the pores... (maybe due to the glycerin content) resulting in me wanting to remove any residue left on the skin... so the 'no need to rinse' does not apply here... unlike the other packaging with the green cap where everything that doesn't apply here, does apply!!

The previous packaging with the green cap was for years a wonderful product that no other could compete with. I bought the new packaging with the white cap a while ago and it is a completely different product from what I knew. Sticky, does not come off easily, caused me discomfort. I am searching and cannot find the old one. Apparently, they changed it.

Very good product!!! It removes effectively and leaves a feeling of hydration on the face and most importantly, it doesn't sting. The only downside is that it requires a considerable amount!

It leaves a nice feeling on the skin as if you applied cream, it doesn't sting the eyes. However, after several passes, makeup still comes off (and I'm talking about light makeup) and many times at the end I use another lotion and residues still come off on the cotton, so it doesn't clean thoroughly. I buy it regularly though, I like it as a product.

Very good product! It doesn't sting the eyes, it even removes my long-lasting lipstick and waterproof mascara! I apply it with a cotton pad, leave it for a minute, and then wipe it off. If you don't let it absorb into the eyes for a little while, it doesn't remove the mascara well though. It needs a little time to work and it removes everything! And most importantly, it doesn't sting the eyes, I emphasize it again!

I have been using it for 1 month now. It is a good product, but not perfect as it doesn't remove makeup 100% (but I don't use heavy makeup, so it's okay). The only downside for me is that it stings the eyes!! (like most products I have tried). The feeling it leaves is good

WARNING: The SECOND ingredient is paraffinum liquidum, which means we are cleansing our face with baby oil. Unfortunately, this gentle feeling it leaves is the result of the paraffin and not hydration, which also prevents the next products we apply from penetrating this barrier, such as serums and creams. They tried to create something similar to La Roche-Posay Toleriane Cleansing Milk and Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, but they made something unacceptable. Choose one of the two I mentioned, as it is forbidden to use this on the face, and even for the body, why would you wash your body with baby oil? The cleansers I mentioned are fantastic for sensitive skin and incredibly moisturizing. I unfortunately bought Vichy without reading the ingredient list beforehand, something I always do because I never believed they would make such a thick mistake, really...

I have used it a few times so far, but I am relatively satisfied. Like most products I have tried, it does not remove mascara well, neither the regular one, but I love the feeling it leaves on my skin. If it didn't bother me a little in the eyes, I wouldn't rinse it off, but because it stings a bit, I have to wash it off.

Very nice product, I am very satisfied. I constantly buy it and I haven't changed it for a few years now. It is also big and lasts a long time!

Wonderful product!! I use it with my fingers as the second step of my evening cleansing routine (after removing most of my makeup with micellar water), and I am very satisfied! It removes any leftover makeup on the skin and leaves a nice hydrating feeling. Although the packaging says it doesn't require rinsing, so far I rinse it off and repeat the process with the same product or with the gel cleanser from the same line. In the morning, I only use this and then proceed with my moisturizer, sunscreen, etc...

I have been using it for many years and I will continue to use it for many more. It cleans deeply and does not dry out the skin.

Edit 6/24: After so many years of using it and being completely satisfied, they must have changed the formula and now it stings the eyes a lot! It's a shame because the product was perfect before the change!

I have been using it for almost 20 years. Whenever I bought another one, I regretted it.
I apply it directly on my face and massage. I remove the product with a cotton pad and then rinse with my cleanser.

Awesome milk! I use it for a long time and I wouldn't change it for anything! Both for makeup removal and for cleansing the skin!

It does not properly remove makeup around the eyes.
It leaves mascara residues and even after trying to remove the mascara by rubbing, the same applies to eyeliner pencil as well. It leaves panda eyes... in short.
It only works for the face.
So now I only use it for the face and for the eyes I use another product ideal for eye makeup removal.
I would not buy it again for eyes and face.

Very gentle product, does not sting the eyes, has a soft and pleasant scent, and leaves the skin velvety without feeling greasy like other makeup removers where you feel a layer of grease after cleansing and need to clean with another product afterwards.
