Very good build quality, soft material which does not mark the plastic/metal or glass parts. 10/10.

I returned it before even using it because I bought it for a car. It is not suitable for a car, even though Karcher claims it is. If the car is old and you don't care about small scratches/spider webs, then it's fine. But if the car is new, then no. It is too harsh. It will do a great job for other tasks though.
