  • Very good. No need for oil, just put a food bag on the bottom and the lid as a cover and then the minced meat. So you press and simply remove the burgers from the bag afterwards.

You put a little oil on a kitchen paper and you pass it on the inside of the lid and the side of the base you desire. You place a meatball and press the lid onto the base evenly to make a nice round burger! You look around and press accordingly. You lift the lid and the burger stays on the base where you remove it and then move on to the next one. I had a fear from the comments I read but I have already made about 20 burgers and they never stuck. Simple logic, so easy and good appetite.. :-)

Unfortunately, the burger does not come off the pan for me no matter what, and I ended up not using it. Also, the plastic, the transparent one, has yellowed over time without even using it. I don't think there is a particular reason for it to be transparent. The equivalent burger press from Napoleon has a removable bottom so that the burger does not stick inside, and you enjoy using it.

It allows you to make the burger as thick as you want.
Everything cooks evenly and easier at the same time.
To prevent the minced meat from sticking, simply grease it with oil!

Completely plastic. Very expensive for what it offers, which is nothing special. Ultimately, it is not useful. The minced meat does not easily come off from the inside. It is better to shape the burgers by hand. Ultimately, it was a misguided purchase in terms of usefulness.
