It is a value for money product. Very good elasticity and softness. For someone who is starting now, I think it will not disappoint them. I preferred this one, buying separately the Amila handles, as well as the ankle strap with Amila protection. This gives me the ability to work on my legs comfortably with the ankle strap (which can be adjusted and tightened - loosened easily), but also when I buy the medium or heavy similar resistance band with a clip, I will have the two components that attach with elastic bands with a clip (with a hook).
The downside is the cost of the accessories that someone buys separately, namely the handles, the ankle strap. However, if they want to work on their legs and if they want to change the resistance of the band, they will realize that it is worth giving something extra. It will make the exercises more comfortable, if they work on their legs.
