I experienced something like an electric shock, unbearable pain, a terrible experience, I consider the product dangerous. I had muscle spasms for 20 minutes in my temple that extended to my shoulder. The instructions confused me a lot, I wouldn't put it on my body again even if they paid me, it stuck to my skin like a layer of glue, as if it was disposable. It requires 6 batteries in total! I will not forget my ordeal, it was almost a traumatic experience, now I am afraid to try other products like this.

It is good, you just need to endure it on you and it requires attention when you take it off, it needs to be done slowly. I had it for a long time and only one thing broke in the hands where you put the other, it's okay

After 3 weeks of use (1 hour per day), the large one broke. It's not the 3 devices that are broken, but the large one that sticks to the body no longer sends "electric signals" (the wires must have been cut). Don't expect to lose weight with this, I did my exercise first, usually aerobic, and then I would put it on while doing office work at the same time for strengthening (exercise is necessary). On the positive side, it is very powerful. It probably tightens.

It is meant to complement regular exercise, not replace it. Interesting product for its price

Don't fall into the trap of buying it just because you may have heard about miha bodytec training, which uses electric current or anything else related. Absolutely no connection. I was a member of a gym with this philosophy (Miha bodytec) and I thought of buying the product until the gyms reopened after the quarantine. I bought a much more expensive one (same pictures) and within 3 weeks it stopped working. The adhesive patches had also started to come off. The store had a replacement policy, but it simply replaced it with a new useless product. It's not just a matter of material quality!! The result is nothing. It's a shame because with the same amount of money I spent, I could have had another month of gym membership. Save your money and even if you're not going to spend it on a fitness facility, at least buy something worth it.

Before buying it, I asked the owner of the gym I go to if it really works the abs while losing fat at the same time, and he was categorical that it does absolutely nothing.
A month after buying it (with daily exercise and a healthy diet), I realized he was right!
It causes muscle contractions and gives you the impression that it's doing the job, but the result is zero.

Having used similar devices.......no comparison!!! Very fragile material, does not cover the areas properly, and I have the feeling that all the programs are the same. Because I found it at a low price compared to others, I don't regret spending my money.

Using it every day, only with rechargeable batteries, for at least half an hour, only lying down, because otherwise it detaches, it does the job. If the store made sure to stock up on gel pad replacements, because they don't last more than a month, it would receive 5 stars.

Don't wear it for more than 12 minutes on yourself or on the highest setting... afterwards, you will feel tired.

I chose it because I didn't want to spend more money. I thought that because it is cheap, it would do fewer things compared to expensive ones, but I was wrong. It does a lot more, it has tremendous power and many programs to choose from. I highly recommend it without hesitation!
