If you apply it to wet hair and blow dry it, it styles perfectly.
If you apply it to dry hair, it stiffens in seconds and holds for 2 days if you don't comb it, like using hairspray. And on the second and third day, it easily holds if you don't touch it and apply a little product like a pea-sized amount.
If you comb it with a slightly damp comb, it reactivates and stiffens again, but less.
If you apply it to wet hair and let it dry, it stiffens relatively little.
It gives a normal shine for gel and unless you apply a kilo to wet hair, it doesn't have a wet look appearance. Once the product dries, it doesn't stick and you don't have to worry about your hair no matter how windy it is or if you wear a helmet. I got it on sale for €3 and it's a great value for money.

It is the best gel on the market, it provides relatively strong hold, gives a very good shine, makes your hair look alive, the next day it doesn't look bad and the hair is soft and you can reapply it, however... unfortunately on the third day it starts to flake, something like white gel-like/flaky/silicone-like dandruff things and you have to wash it off immediately. So if you wash your hair regularly, it is what you have been looking for your whole life, but if you wash your hair twice a week like I would like to, look elsewhere!
