As someone with 11 years of experience using protein, I have tried countless flavors and brands, and this is by far the worst I have ever tried. Stay as far away as possible

Good as a protein based on what it gives you (amino acid profile, etc.), but the strawberry flavor is the worst thing in the world.

The worst protein in terms of solubility I have ever taken. No matter how much water you add, the protein stays in little chunks that you drink. I had bought 2 flavors, both were terrible....never again.

Very good protein and excellent solubility with water. It is an isolate and keeps you full afterward so you don't get hungry again.

Taste and texture are inferior to other established brands but of better quality, cleaner, and absolutely no stomach discomfort. I prefer it with yogurt (strawberry flavor). The price is reasonable for what it offers compared to the competition, which gives a smaller quantity for the same money.

At first I bought the vanilla flavor so I could add it to recipes more easily—pancakes, smoothies, etc. On its own it wasn't that great, but I expected that because I'm a chocolate person. Still, it was fine. Now I bought the Choco brownie and I mix it either with water or milk and it's perfect, very tasty! I can't wait for the time to drink it. Light and doesn't upset my stomach

The taste in Belgian chocolate is quite sweet for my liking and nothing exceptional, but it is easy to drink. The solubility is quite good in a shaker with a mesh. However (AND THIS IS IMPORTANT) it does NOT cause ANY intestinal problems, no bloating, no diarrhea. One of the best in this regard. As for everything else, very good, especially considering that at the relatively reasonable price it costs, you get 90% isolated protein and 10% hydrolyzed protein without fats and sugar.
I recommend it.

I make it and I don't drink it immediately. I leave it in the fridge for a while and it becomes thicker. I like it more this way. And with Hazelnut flavor it is very nice too.

I started 3 months ago, scientifically, a diet with proteins and supplements Mg, D3, K2, & Coq10 due to arterial calcification (CAC 1100). In the whirlwind of protein products available on the market, GOLD TOUCH established my trust in the quality of its products with the results in energy and maintaining my muscle mass, and in justifying its good name Pan-European!!, when I was initially searching for a reliable producer, on the INTERNET & AI.
I wish with its seal it would also produce the other supplements I need, something for which I am still searching for their quality!!??. The only thing I would like - for my own case - is less Ca/scoop!?, ...around 200mg/scoop would be ideal. I am a Dynamic Old man/engineer, 76 years old, in very good physical & muscle condition.

So, I never write reviews, but since I was quite helped by other reviews on this one, I will share my own experience: Regarding flavors, I tried choco hazelnut (top), choco brownies (quite good), Belgian choco (a 7 out of 10, basic). The solubility with a simple shaker is very good with the indicated ratio and personally, I only use water! Just adjust the amount of water according to the quantity you use. In the first two flavors you will find small pieces because that's how they are designed, the third one leaves no residue as it contains nothing but chocolate. It doesn't feel heavy on the stomach, which is very important.

Unfortunately, the Abu Dhabi didn't turn out well and that happened as soon as I opened it..

I bought vanilla, it has nothing to do with vanilla, it smells like a biscuit and the color is brown, the taste is like sour yogurt, I will not buy it again. if the store or someone wants to check it, it's at their disposal.

What many people say about it not breaking is very true. With netting and wire inside, it wouldn't break at all, it left a lot of little balls and the chocolate hazelnut flavor was very mediocre as a taste

Very decent protein, especially for its price. No stomach problems at all, and I clarify this because I come from more well-known brands like Optimum Nutrition, where, probably because it wasn't isolate, every sip resulted in toxic gases. Also, to clarify, I usually drink it with 400-500 ml of milk and still have absolutely no stomach issues. The solubility in the two Goldtouch proteins I have bought so far is just fine, even in a shaker without a mesh. As for the taste, for example the chocolate with hazelnuts which has pieces of hazelnut, I understand that some people might not like it but I personally liked it so much that I miss it from my new protein now. It is relatively thick compared to others but I also personally like that. The only thing I might discourage someone from is the Dubai chocolate pistachio flavor, a rare flavor, but it doesn't taste at all like Dubai chocolate or pistachio. However, it's not that bad and I will definitely finish it, it won't go to waste

I got it in vanilla flavor and it is very tasty, mixes easily, and did not have any lumps inside as some mention, it's just fine

It's not that it doesn't dissolve, but overall it has a very strange texture, mediocre taste, but the worst part is that after 2-3 weeks it upset my stomach and intestines. I switched to another one and everything got better.

This is the third time I buy this specific one (choco hazelnut). However, I had stopped for about 1.5 years due to pregnancy and breastfeeding and I bought it again recently. I was really looking forward to it because I was crazy about it in the past. It seemed different to me, sweeter and its taste comes off as "artificial". It makes me nauseous when I drink it with water and in pancakes it is extremely sweet. I was not satisfied

In this particular protein, the Belgian Chocolate flavor is the best I have tried all these years. It is totally worth it whether with water, milk, or yogurt. I also tried it in recipes with cake and cookies. It elevates the taste level to the top and is totally value for money.

It doesn't dissolve easily, the taste is not very nice, it's a bit bad, however, that's a matter of personal preference. It worked from the first week with proper diet and a lot of training for fat loss. (vanilla flavor)

The best flavor is Chocolate Hazelnut.
I have tried the chocolate ganache and Belgium chocolate flavors.

Taste and solubility in proteins play a very big role. This particular one with vanilla flavor has neither good solubility nor good taste.

With most proteins, I slowly add the water and mix them until they become something like praline. But with this one, the mixture ends up resembling semolina halva instead of having a creamy texture.

Nevertheless, it doesn't cause any problems in my stomach and I have less gas compared to other proteins.

The best, especially in terms of quality and price. The choco hazelnut and choco brownie flavors are simply amazing, now I will also try the milk chocolate and come back with impressions.
