The design of this book began with my bibliography, which was willingly and competently compiled by Amalia Kolonia, in collaboration with the University of Viterbo.

From the very first moment I held this record in my hands, I was tempted to comment on its entries, as each one separately brought to mind a few more or less pleasant details about the circumstances under which the corresponding writings were produced.

The title of the book, "Office with a View," is not a figment of the imagination, but denotes the actual space in which I prefer to work. The subtitle covers the thematic sections.

In the first part, as I mentioned, articles or essays are gathered that seek their interlocutor through the pages of a magazine or a newspaper.

Next, excerpts from certain interviews are presented. Following that is the "Bibliography," compiled by Amalia Kolonia, and the "Autobiographical Commentary in the Bibliography."
