The Hertz MPK 1650.3 PRO car speaker set is a two-way component system comprising an MP 165P.3 woofer, an MP 28.3 tweeter and an MPCX 165.3 passive crossover. The tweeter features a Tetolon dome and a rear acoustic chamber with damping material, while the CCAW voice coil and neodymium magnet contribute to its performance. The woofer has a V-cone profile, Free Surround Boundary surround and an aluminium basket.

The crossover includes a two-position Hi-Contour control for adjusting the frequency response and a three-position tweeter level control (+2 / 0 / -2 dB). The crossover frequency is 3 kHz with Hi-Contour enabled and 4 kHz when disabled.
