In the positives, it is a quality construction, small in size, and attractive. Without the fan, it is completely silent except for a barely noticeable sound when the resistance turns on or off. And the fan is also low noise.

Personally, I don't use the fan much, but it is positive that it can be activated/deactivated independently of the selected resistance level.

    Now, onto the negatives...
The thermostat is not set correctly, considerably lower than the actual temperature. However, there is an option for the user to adjust/correct it, so it's a minor issue.

Comparing it now to the Delonghi HCX9120E that I also use, this one here is less effective, noticeably, even though they have the same nominal wattage. I assume that size makes a difference and the Delonghi is twice as large in volume. The Delonghi has a precise thermostat. The Mill is quieter and smaller.

Overall, I am satisfied. As a supplemental heater or for a relatively small space (e.g. 10-15 sqm) with good insulation, I believe it is great.
