After 3 years of use, I can say that this vacuum cleaner is the worst... I started writing this review because today is cleaning day and I tremble at the thought of using it... The only positive thing is that it is very powerful and picks up everything in its path, but guys, it is very difficult to use... I can't control it, it hurts my waist terribly every time I use it... I feel like I'm fighting a monster... It gets stuck on carpets and I can't do anything about it...

The 5 stars are for the absorbency, which is out of this world. It has even managed to remove grout from tiles. Unique in its kind, all you need to do is work a little on each surface with the appropriate pressure, either on the button or on the nozzle, to let a little air escape.

As for carpets, it's unbeatable, only organic and it does wonders. Incredibly powerful!

Downside: I had to change the brush head and get the classic series, which glides perfectly on all surfaces, as its own brush head, although more expensive, is completely dysfunctional.

Negative: Its weight is noticeable, showing how sturdy and durable it is, but it can be tiring. Also, the cord often gets tangled underneath if you're not careful while vacuuming.

I have had this vacuum cleaner for about 4 years, and I bought it after reading the very positive reviews. I am really frustrated because it is very heavy, difficult to maneuver, it lifts up small rugs on the large staircase, and it takes several attempts to pick up large debris or effectively clean the carpets. The noise is considerable, but the worst disadvantage for me is its weight.

The motor broke after almost 3 years, unlike an older model from the same company but much more sturdy construction that lasted over 10 years. AVOID!!!

Every time I take it out of the closet to clean, I think about what a beast this is. It looks like you bought a miniature Ferrari. Flawless design. It sucks up everything, even things it shouldn't. The vacuum cleaner is good, guys, but it takes you back to 1990 with a sound for a metal concert. With a sound taken from the old days when your mother was sweeping the floor with hatred and everyone in the apartment building knew it. The sound is for enthusiasts.

We bought it in February 2020 and gradually it started to lose power without us doing anything until one day... it turned off. I pressed the power button and the vacuum did not respond. It is worth noting that I was using the filters and bags recommended by the company in order to extend the vacuum's lifespan. Theoretically, it has a 2-year warranty. We are now in August 2021, where the vacuum does not work and the result from the service was that the motor burned out and the cost is 140 euros. A vacuum that had moderate to light use for a minimal period of time. In short, based on my own experience, I do not recommend it at all.

The build quality seems very good. It is very efficient for cleaning tiles.
On the other hand, cleaning on carpet is more difficult as it gets stuck and clings. You have to lower the intensity and it becomes more tolerable, but it still sticks to the carpet. It might be more tiring for a woman. The usual accessories are sufficient for sofas and other surfaces.
In conclusion, my previous vacuum cleaner, an older generation one, gave the feeling that it simply spread the dust around. With this one, it gives a very clean feeling of the space, so the dust emission is minimal.

The vacuum cleaner was purchased for the summer house, which means it will be used less frequently. I believe that for a permanent residence and a family (3+ people), something more powerful is needed.
On the positive side, it has attachments that are stored in a special compartment on the vacuum cleaner, so you don't have to search for them after a while like with other models.
The noise level is good. The cord is long enough to do the job.
It is a well-known and high-quality product (I expect to confirm this over time).
Overall, for the money I spent, I am satisfied with the purchase.

I heard and read great things about this vacuum cleaner.
I was very disappointed. It is heavy and bulky, not at all flexible in space. The wheels constantly get tangled in the cord, and it is difficult to move the brush on carpets, even harder on rugs (basically, you strain your back and arms).
Sadly, I wasted my money.
I would never choose it again, no matter what...

I have had a Miele for 20 years, the yellow one, without any problems, even with heavy use it still works. The only thing that broke was the lid of the attachments due to use. I bought this specific one and the first impressions are very good. I hope it lasts as long as the previous one. You get what you pay for, it's worth the money.

I bought it a month ago and I can say that it is worth its money and more.
The previous vacuum cleaner we had was a student type and it didn't do much. With this vacuum cleaner, I have seen cleaning in a different light. Super powerful, it cleans everything with just one pass, maybe two at most. If you have it on the strongest setting (it has a function for very dirty carpets), it sticks to the carpet and lifts it up.
The filter it has, because it is new, leaves a very nice smell in the house.
It also has a door with 3 attachments inside and I find it very convenient. Even my friend, who initially didn't want us to buy it, now says the best things about it. I hope I helped because I also decided to buy it based on the comments I read here.

After a lot, and I mean a lot, of searching, I decided to buy this vacuum cleaner with the main criterion being the reliability of the miele brand. Having it in my possession for about 4 months, I must admit that I am very disappointed. Although the specifications claimed efficiency on B carpets, I thought that because it is a miele, B would be an A in another company. However, I would say that B could also be a C. To clean the carpets, I have to pass the vacuum cleaner several times over the same spot. Even though it sucks up the carpet, it doesn't pick up the debris, and if I try to clean a rug, I struggle there. As for floor cleaning, I also have to go over it several times...

At first glance, it appears to be a quality and capable vacuum cleaner. Its first use left me satisfied. I can't say that I was thrilled, but it did the job as it should. Although it is labeled as a B on carpets, I was perfectly satisfied. I don't think anyone will use it at its maximum power. It has a setting for different intensities depending on the surface. There is some noise, but it is at a level where you can comfortably have a conversation or listen to the television while vacuuming. It has neatly organized and accessible attachments. I have had it for 1 year now. The vacuum cleaner is excellent, you enjoy cleaning with it. Very powerful, it doesn't leave anything behind in its path. In the highest carpet function, it sucks so strongly that it "sticks" to the floor and it's difficult to clean if you don't have "muscles" but you really don't need to put it on such a strong setting. It performs perfectly even one or two flights of stairs below. Easy to store, compact, exactly what I was looking for for a 100+ square meter house.
