Good sound quality 5*. Very complex menu. The volume button, which is also the selection button, is too sensitive, so when you want to adjust the volume, it also gets pressed and enters the selection menu. The second device connected via Bluetooth cannot select music from Spotify etc., it is only for calls.

I gave 4 stars for one reason. The volume is not like in the older models. The Bluetooth is very satisfactory and quite easy to pair. I have Android and faced no issues. Everyone I talked to thinks I'm speaking from the phone.

Much better than pioneer... the receiver catches everything... in pioneer not even half (provincial) very good sound in all kinds of music... Enjoy listening

Get it with closed eyes. The sound is amazing. It has an awesome radio receiver, it catches everything perfectly! Imagine that I live in Sykies, Thessaloniki, right next to the castles, a very difficult area, and it catches everything. And with Sony's app, it is incredibly functional. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

Very good sound quality, the only negative thing for me is that even though it has the new software, I can't hear my interlocutor through the speakers

Installation in skoda citigo. Upgrade from old kenwood.
Big difference in sound which is evident in the volume level from 16-18 and above.
Crystal clear sound with amazing speakers.
Bluetooth pairs quickly with Iphone12.
The built-in microphone works great and the caller can hear you perfectly.
Finally, installation is easy and simple if there is no factory hifi in the car.
The package includes a manual, metal ears for removing the sound system, and the adapter cable for connecting to the car.
I should also mention that the antenna socket does not have a tip inside, it is female, but with the car's antenna cable it connected perfectly with clear sound on FM in the clean frequencies of the stations.

It seems to be of very good quality and installation is very simple as you simply connect it to the car with an adapter included in the package. The problem I personally had, and I don't know if it will happen to others, is that even though everything was connected properly and the source turned on, I had no sound. After measuring with a multimeter, I confirmed that there was a proper connection from the speaker to the source, but for some reason it didn't play. It only played when I connected the speaker cables directly to the source, bypassing the adapters. So I don't have a complete picture of the source's overall functionality yet, as I haven't made all the connections. Only a first impression for the Bluetooth, I'm not sure if it saves the connected device or if it loses it and you have to pair it from scratch every time. I'm not certain because of the speaker situation, but I believe it will be fine.

It does what it promises. No comparison in terms of quality with the old Sony ones, but that's how everything is now.
As for the difficulty of Bluetooth connection that some people mention, it has to do with the device you are connecting. I have no problem with it.

Very good tool!!! The sound is very powerful, clear (with equalizer for further adjustments) and in combination with four MTX RC250c 5.5" speakers that I had installed, it plays incredibly!!! I bought it primarily for music but its Bluetooth is also great, I didn't encounter any problems.. I highly recommend it...

Sound system for average users with satisfactory volume.
Bluetooth connection and use of the application are very accurate.
The only negative is that the screen scratches very easily.
Additionally, it does not have a screen storage case.

The only downside for me at least is that when you have contacts in your mobile phone in Greek, it doesn't read them, it only displays numbers, while for the other car stereo that I bought, the same one from Pioneer, it reads Greek as well. Other than that, it has very good sound and features

For 6 months now, in my smart 451, the sound quality and performance have greatly improved after I replaced the factory speakers with aftermarket ones that are equally good. I have noticed even more difference. It is value for money

I have it for 3 months and I am very satisfied, I just wish it had a bit more bass. You will need to update it for the Bluetooth to work properly, but it's easy.

Just got it. Had a significant issue with Bluetooth connectivity but luckily I read the comments and did a firmware update. I'm continuing to use it and will let you know.

To recognize USB, you need to format it to fat32.

Very nice appearance and easy to use. The only problem I noticed is with the Bluetooth, which seems to work correctly but if you turn off the car and reconnect, it doesn't work properly. It interrupts the music while showing that it is connected. I upgraded the firmware and it seems to have fixed it. There are instructions on the Sony website. Also, it does not recognize USB 3.0

Very good in all its functions. I deduct one star because it does not read files with Greek titles from USB.

Just received it today, I tore it apart in search. I can't find anything that could be missing from a car audio system!

I was torn between getting Pioneer or Sony, I had Sony before and I was extremely satisfied, so I trusted it again. I was proven right!
You can make phone calls, play from YouTube, SoundCloud, basically any sound played from the phone is heard through the speakers.
For me, the fact that the microphone is built-in is a plus! I wouldn't have to worry about cables and how to route them or where to place the microphone.
Not to forget: it also included a Sony 8GB USB stick.
What else could one want?
I don't know how to give it any less than a five-star rating, I can't find any reason

After using it for a month.. A bittersweet experience..
Pros: Very beautiful, very good sound, easy bt connection, readable screen.
Cons: Very small buttons, not compatible with Sony's remote app from Google play despite having bt, often speech distortion from bt to mobile phone, does not read the song name on USB even though it is in English but passes it as a track (plays it normally with very fast response), lack of remote control which I consider unacceptable both for its price and the way its buttons are configured, making driving dangerous (as mentioned above).

*After a lot of searching on the internet, know that this device is fully compatible with Sony's remote control.
Its model is RM-X211. I don't even know if it exists in Greece and its price because I ordered it from abroad.

So I have had it in my possession for 3 months now and it really exceeded every expectation I had!! From a pioneer source, I went to this one and it's day and night... The sound is truly perfect, it brought my speakers to life. As for the bass, I don't even need to discuss it, it made my 6x9 speakers in the back play as if I had a subwoofer, literally shaking the whole car!! In terms of connectivity, Bluetooth works flawlessly and phone calls are made without any issues! The only negative thing I have noticed while having it is firstly that the front scratches very easily (it only needs cleaning with a glasses cloth, anything else leaves marks), during the day the illumination is barely visible, and finally it allows you to store up to 2 phones in memory for Bluetooth connection, whereas previous models of the company allowed even 5-10.

For its price, it is excellent. Very clean and powerful sound. Nice lighting at night. Connects very easily to the mobile phone. Calls from the mobile phone sound very clear. Comes with a free USB stick.

Excellent sound, with many features and the Extra Bass works wonders, as well as the NFC connects instantly.

As for the negatives:
- I bought a Sandisk Ultra Fit 32Gb USB 3.1 and it doesn't recognize it at all. (Pay attention to compatible USBs)
- The package does not include a case for the unit (Unacceptable thing at such prices)

Update: Almost a year later, it remains excellent, however, I notice that sometimes the Bluetooth connectivity with the mobile is not as immediate. It may be due to the mobile (One Plus 6T)

After several years of operation and purchasing two of these devices for different cars, I have to say that the microphone in both of them hardly works at all. In random USB playback, it only skips forward, not backward. Finally, if you have connected two Bluetooth devices and have AutoPair enabled, for the first few minutes it searches for both devices, causing interruptions in music playback. Disabling AutoPair solves the problem. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Just installed it and noticed a significant difference in sound quality compared to the factory-installed JVC (vw golf mk5). Much cleaner sound with deeper bass and no distortion at higher volumes. I didn't expect such a difference without changing speakers and amplifier. Easy operation with mobile and navigation. The menu is user-friendly, you just need to learn and get used to it. Satisfied for now, time will tell.
