Σωστά, με τη συνιστώμενη ημερήσια δόση των 4γρ, το κουτί που είναι 200γρ σύνολο, θα διαρκέσει για 50 μέρες. Το δοσομετρικό κουταλάκι που έχει μέσα στη σκόνη το κουτί είναι των 0,5 γρ, που σημαίνει ότι παίρνεις 8 κουταλάκια των 0,5γρ την ημέρα.
