I had a herniated disc surgery 8 years ago. While everything went well, due to my own mistakes and carelessness, a permanent pain in my lower back reappeared 2 years ago, which worsens with my work (I am an electrician). I have seen many doctors and they all told me that at the stage I am now, in order to see results, I basically need to exercise the area. At the same time, along with exercises, I also got this device that no one else recommended to me, but I decided to try it on my own. When I use it, it really relieves my pain. Definitely, in order for someone to see results, systematic use of the device, exercise, weight loss, attention to work, and patience are needed because nothing gets fixed in a day. Overall, I feel better after what I described and I recommend it as an additional way to deal with the problems. The batteries last quite a long time and the area where the belt will be placed needs to be moistened beforehand, as if it is not wet, you feel pinches and pains. It also helps with the training of the abdominal and back muscles.
