It does its job without interruptions (almost). I mainly have it in the car to play music from my phone through Spotify.

The packaging includes a USB cable and a detachable AUX plug.

The build quality is very poor and can be seen from the moment you hold it in your hands. It feels cheap with flimsy plastic. Even the USB charging cable is of terrible quality with easily bent metals (you can't even find such a cable at a bargain store).

The battery lasts for 3 to 5 hours of continuous use. The sound quality during music playback is good. However, if you still want to buy it for your car, pay close attention to the following:
Because the receiver's length is long (longer than a USB flash drive) and its quality, as mentioned before, is very poor, it would be good to connect it with an aux cable instead of the plug it comes with. It is very easy to accidentally hit it when it is connected to the source with the plug and break it. I have it connected with a cable and the receiver inside the glove compartment or in the unused cup holder in the car to minimize exposure.

Regarding its use as a hands-free device, the microphone has mediocre sensitivity. If there is noise in the cabin, you will either have to shout or be within half a meter of the receiver. With open windows and while driving, it is impossible to have a conversation. The receiver has a clip to attach it to the collar, but in my opinion, it is uncomfortable to drive with a receiver on your collar, connected with a cable all the way to the source, just to speak more clearly (not to mention dangerous).
Something I noticed after receiving a call on the phone and continuing to play music afterwards is that it frequently interrupts and freezes. I have to restart the receiver to fix it.
I should note that after a year of use, it still works, but the charging port has internally malfunctioned, and I have to find the right angle for it to charge.

It was purchased for 10 euros, and that was a lot. Don't think about buying it for more. I hope I helped.

The 10 euros were wasted. Luckily, I only lost a few bucks.
I bought it only for the connection with my phone when I drive, but it turned out to be useless.

I have an old car, a 16-year-old Peugeot 307, without Bluetooth or anything like that, but with an expensive Pioneer stereo with a 3.5mm AUX input and a USB port to play songs from a flash drive. I connected it to my Samsung J5 phone from 2016 using Bluetooth.
Issues:
1. Firstly, if the radio or the USB flash drive with songs is playing on the stereo, it doesn't pause to answer a call on the phone and talk through it. It's like it doesn't exist. I have to manually switch the stereo to AUX mode, and it's not certain if it will work. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
2. After many attempts, I found out that for this to work properly, the stereo must always be turned on and set to AUX mode, and you shouldn't have anything else playing, not even the radio.
It only works like this, with the volume almost at maximum on the speakers.
3. Pairing with the phone sometimes doesn't happen automatically when I turn on the car and open the stereo. Even though the device is saved in the phone's memory because they have been connected before, I have to go through the pairing process again. And even after going through the process, it works the first time (always with the stereo in AUX mode), but if the phone disconnects again, it doesn't work, for some reason it loses the pairing with the phone. The two devices don't stay connected permanently.
4. The little that does work, with the stereo always in AUX mode, the reception is good, but the volume of the stereo has to be at maximum to be heard well from the car's speakers. And I could hear them well, and they could hear me well without any interference, etc.

In my opinion, it's not worth its money, even if it's cheap, because it doesn't function properly as a hands-free device. It's a hassle. I got rid of it.
