A unique collection of the Theotokos Supplications, which has been absent from ecclesiastical publications until today. It includes 35 Canons to the Theotokos, many of which are either published for the first time, and indeed in complete form, or are rare and unknown.

The following Supplications to the Theotokos are included: Small and Great Supplication, Supplication to the Gorgoepikoos, to the Prousiotissa, to the Myrtiotissa, to the Eleousa, to the Portaïtissa (2 canons), to the Gerokominitsa, to the Life-giving Spring (2 canons), to the Theotokos Diotissa of Cephalonia, to the Saving One of Patmos, to the Kykkotissa of Cyprus, to the Theotokos Platytera, to the Panagia Theotokos, to the Panachrantou, to the Odigitria, to the Panagia Ikonistra, to the Holy Belt (2 canons), to "Axion Estin".

There are Supplicatory and beseeching canons for various needs: "For the health of the sick" (2 canons), "For protection from fires", "For those at sea and peace of the sea", "For the forgiveness of sins" (with special prayers), "During a period of persecution against Christians", "Against all heresies", "In expectation of any war" (with special petitions for peace and every need), "Thanksgiving after illness", "Thanksgiving for deliverance from plague", "the penitential canon of Mount Athos to the Most Holy Theotokos", the 3 ancient canons of the Akathist Hymn, and various other penitential and hymnological canons.

An appendix includes many Magnificats, suitable for supplications, processions, holy vigils, etc., for various icons of the Theotokos, also "Magnificats of the Theotokos by alphabet" (a complete collection for all the letters of the alphabet), and a series of 155 Magnificats for each Theotokos feast of the year.
