Nakos (Yannis) Bellis was a fighter throughout his entire life who not only never compromised with injustice but also confronted it.
His conscience was imbued with the universal ideals of socialism-communism, and thus he dedicated himself to serving his people, showcasing his abilities as a popular fighter and leader through the organized armed struggle led by the KKE during the period 1940-1949.
Especially young people today are called to walk in his footsteps, in order to justify his struggle for a society where human exploitation does not exist, a society for which Nakos Bellis fought with a weapon in hand.
