With great joy, I was eagerly awaiting this specific product for my little one. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I purchased another product for my older child and it worked perfectly fine. Anyway, when it arrived, I used it for the first time and noticed a small rash. I didn't pay much attention to it, but then it fell apart after just one use. The rash worsened and the water flow was terrible. You had to suck so hard to get any water out, and I even tried it myself. I requested a replacement and they sent me another nozzle, but the same thing happened again with the second nozzle. It fell apart after two days and caused an even bigger rash than the first one. To make a long story short, I bought the same brand, Eco Life, and asked for another product, but I am extremely dissatisfied with it. Their response was that I could buy a different nozzle. I told them that every time I buy a new nozzle, it will just break after one use. And they tell me to be more careful or buy a different product. So, I have to spend more money. The lady even tells me to shut up. I knew this already, and now I have wasted my money on something I will never use again, and my baby didn't even enjoy it. Moms and dads, do not buy this product. It is not practical and there is no replacement or refund. Disgraceful, that's all I have to say
Με μεγάλη χαρά περίμενα το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν για την μικρή μ (Κακώς το περίμενα με χαρά) ( ένα θερμό άλλο προϊόν όμως πηρα κ για την.μεγαλη μ μια χαρά μ βγήκε)τέλος πάντων ήρθε το χρησιμοποιώ για πρώτη φορά βλέπω έχει μια μικρή εκδορα δν τ πολύ δίνω σημασία πέφτει με την 1 φορά κάτω τσουπ μεγάλωσε η εκδορα κ η ροή του νερου χάλια έπρεπε να ρουφήξεις τόσο πολύ μέχρι κ έγω η ίδια το προσπάθησα ζήτησα αντικατάσταση κ μ στειλαν άλλο στομιο ε το ίδιο συνέβη κ με το 2 στόμιο έπεσε μετά από 2 μερες πάλι κάτω και με την 1 φορά πάλι έσπασε και έκανε μεγαλύτερη εκδορα από ην πρώτη..να μην τα πολυλογώ πήρα την ίδια εταιρεία eco life κ ζήτησα άλλο προϊόν για τι με αυτό δν ειμαι καθόλου ευχαριστημένη κ δν ειναι πρακτικό η απάντηση τους ήταν μπορείτε να αγοράσετε κάποιο άλλο στόμιο!! Κ τους λεω με δουλεύετε δλδ κάθε φορά π το καινούργιο στομιο θα πέφτει με μια φορα θα αγοράζω άλλο? Κ μ λένε περισσότερη προσοχή η μπορείτε να αγοράσετε κάποιο άλλο προϊόν...
