Ναι εγω καθαριζω το προσωπο μου , βαζω ενα τζελ , βαζω την συγκεκριμενη κρεμα και μετα το αντηλιακο (la roche posay). Στο κουτάκι λεει πως η συγκεκριμενη κρεμα δεν ειναι αντηλιακο απλως περιεχει λιγο.
