The Manousakis Winery was founded in 1984 and is located in the village of Vatolakkos. The wine production focuses on varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Roussanne.

Process:
- Romeiko: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Aging for 6 months in used oak barrels.
- Syrah: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Aging for 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
