Maris Polymers Mariseal 250 is a brush-applied, one-component elastomeric polyurethane waterproofing coating for roofs and other horizontal surfaces. It forms a seamless, elastic membrane that resists UV radiation, standing water and temperature fluctuations. It can be applied with a brush, roller, trowel or airless spray gun.

The membrane bridges cracks up to 3 mm wide and resists detergents, oils, seawater and household chemicals. It becomes rain-resistant within 3–4 hours, while full curing takes 7 days. It is suitable for concrete and PVC surfaces, as well as roofs, balconies, flat roofs and green roofs.
