Sika MonoSeal-101 H cementitious waterproofing is intended for rigid waterproofing of concrete, masonry and plastered substrates. It can be applied to surfaces exposed to positive or negative water pressure, such as exterior walls that will be backfilled, lift shafts, interior basement walls, trenches, tanks and reservoirs.

It is applied with a brush, with a consumption rate of approximately 1.5 kg/m² per mm of layer thickness. It adheres well to concrete, cement-based mortars and stone. It is certified for contact with drinking water and meets the French Ministry of Health’s quality requirements for the compatibility of materials that come into contact with drinking water.
